Have you noticed black stains on your asphalt roof shingles? This is likely due to an algae growth (Gloeocapsa Magma) which feeds on limestone and other “foods” in your shingles. This algae is especially prevalent in more shaded areas and the north side of your roof. While you can attempt to remove it yourself, this is a dangerous process and you may damage your roof in the process.
Let us treat this problem with our proven removal technique. We do not power wash the roof as this can cause permanent damage to the shingles. Instead we will use a low pressure technique that is sure to have your roof looking like new again.
